I'm looking for a pb that could be a teenager version of Tahmoh Penikett, for a flashback. Obviously it won't be exact, as he's extremely unique in his appearance with that lovely mixed Native and British blood of his. PB needs to pass for about 18, be tall, square jawed, dark haired, but not particularly filled out yet with Tahmoh's awesome blocky muscles.

I'm looking for a teen-aged(17, or so) Rose Weasley PB. Her personality is pretty bright, tomboyish, exicitable, and fun. Her main thing is the boyish aspect. I know many PBs who can pass for Rose but none are really boyish to my liking. The hair/eye colour doesn't matter; I'm not picky. But, of course, she has to look like the daughter of Ron/Hermione.

So, I just found out today that the 12-page paper I thought was due on Tuesday is actually due on Wednesday at 7 p.m. I have about nine pages written, and I am feeling pretty good about it! This is more than I have probably ever had finished this long before the due date, both percentage and page-wise. However, writing those nine pages meant that I didn't do any review for my final on Wednesday at 9 a.m., so this is a problem.

In RP news, I am FINALLY going to go through with that Steve plot I talked about in like October. [Edit: Actually, j/k, I first talked it over with Jane back in April.] I am always such a failure at actually doing plots that I think up, so hopefully this will go as planned. Also, I am feeling kind of "eh" about Heather again, bleargh.

I am also feeling kind of "eh" about Arda over at Steamtrek, but I think that might be partly because the game is so new, and I don't have a solid idea of what he has to say yet. Something about him just feels kind of off and uncomfortable to me, as his player, and I'm not sure what it is.

I really enjoyed researching his history (on Wikipedia), even though actually writing the history section of his application turned out to be more angst and less history than I anticipated or intended. That might be part of why I'm uneasy about him? idk. But I am doing more research into the history and culture of the declining Ottoman Empire, and I am finding out more about him! For example, I discovered the other day that he dresses mainly in the Western style (probably a little showy as well, unexpectedly), and that he is a smoker. That doesn't really help much, but w/e.

Really, I just want to finish raiderof and play her. I kind of wish I had finished her first, since she is infinitely more likable and much easier to plot with. It is such a battle for me not to open her Google Doc and start writing. I SHOULD BE DOING WORK, DAMMIT!

Anyone interested in playing Edward in this scenario with me and Hannah? If you can't read it its:

We don't want just crack or just smut, I'd be using Z.Deschanel and Hannah (parisian) would use T.Launt, because he'd only be like, 23 or something(?) idk more details forthcoming with plots. Also, no kids/renesmew/eew.

Today I built a blanket fort. I have been hiding in it all day, and I think I may sleep in it tonight. I haven't decided yet.

I need some big help and have a nice sized check list for it. A healthy combo of them is totally cool as long as it doesn't involve something that is the exact opposite of another feature.

-5'5" with long limbs (which is easy to bypass, but I figured I''d mention it)
-17 years old (If I picked a direction, I'd go older rather than younger)
-Skinny with no curves (little to no boobs mainly)
-Tannish skin, maybe olive (Not pale primarily)

I was honestly thinking Kristen Stewart until I realized the character was darker skinned. So honestly, if you ignore all of this and find me a darker skinned KStew, that would work too.

ALSO! Clothes that pass as not modern, like almost medieval would rock. This is not required, but it'd be lovely. This is for a Dragonriders of Pern messageboard game. It's just for a graphic, so popularity or number of images like this isn't a big problem.

This is admittedly an odd request, but! I am looking for any and all PBs that could pass for dwarves in a fantasy setting, aside from the obvious choice of Gimli, though this is more in regards to their faces/builds than their actual heights in relation to other humans. For the males, this generally means a bit stocky, full-faced and bushy bearded. And yes, female dwarves exist too -- think similar fuller features, though minus the facial hair. 1. Braden "I'm Secretly Edward Cullen" Murphy's letter to Jenlee. BEST LETTER EVER. Now I know what I've been missing in life - brb, getting boyfriend to write me letters in this incredibly romantic vein. XD Although it does remind me of those Swiffer commercials that plays "LOVE STINKS" in the background.
2. Yoshi and Ai: Retarded Flirting 101. Ayaka brings the flirting, Yoshi brings the retardedness. They are so incredibly sugary and stupid, I love it.
3. Marisa "rescuing" JJJ. She confuses me sometimes, IDK how she thinks it's okay to play tricks like this on idiot savants innocents like JJJ but she thinks it's hilarious. I'm with Christian on this, the idea of JJJ getting any lovin' kind of makes me want to vomit.
4. I finally read the van Helsings narrative and I LOVE IT SO. Seriously, it makes me want to finally finish those Marisa placeholders that just sit there and mock me. Don't expect nearly as much awesome though, Marisa's previous history is pretty angsty - abused foster child and all that.

I AM THIIIIIIIS CLOSE TO DONE WITH ADELINE WHY DOES IT TAKE ME SO LONG TO FINISH APPS. And every time I look at steamtrek I see a million intro posts and it's a little intimidating. (True fact: I can never spell "intimidating" correctly on the first go. IDK why, this word is apparently too tricky for me.) Question for people in steamtrek: how many kids come from single parent families or are orphaned? (This includes parents who were killed while the child was growing up.)

Okay, I think it's safe to say that this whole week has been weird. I'm so anxious and can't seem to really relax and I feel like I'm just annoying everybody. I have less this weekend than I thought I would; I have my Holocaust project presentation written up. The paper part shouldn't take long and then I need to finish reading and writing the paper for British Empire. Those are both due on Wednesday, so if I can get it done this weekend, I'll be really happy.

Once all of that is done, I will finally be able to relax. I still have to study for finals, but that shouldn't be bad at all, as I only have Italian (easy) and Medieval Europe. And then I will be DONE WITH UDALLAS FOREVER.

What are peoples' thoughts on RP applications submitted via web form? Like, you type each field in like you would a job application, then hit submit. I'm toying with the idea (VERY vaguely) for BW, but I have a feeling it might just be more trouble (for the applicant, not me) than its worth. Thoughts?

Just so people know, I am escaping the city tomorrow morning until Monday (morning, technically, but I work a night shift that day so I won't be back until late). Going up north to the beautiful wilderness to help my long-absent dad deal with the next stage of his homelessness! While I had internet last time I was up there, I'm not sure my dad kept the Verizon doohickey that made it work, so I may not have access this time.
